Accokeek Center is a proposed technology campus located directly adjacent to Interstate 95 and Route 1 in Stafford County.
The development represents a total investment of $2.4 billion in Stafford County, including generating $13.5 million annually in tax revenue once the facility reaches full operating capacity. Accokeek Center is also expected to create 64 operational positions, along with 200+ skilled-trade construction jobs during development and third-party support services once operational.
The project’s property taxes will provide new funding streams that can help support schools, first responders, roads and transportation, and other critical county priorities without adding residential growth pressures.
Accokeek Center will provide $6.4 million in direct contributions to support important community facilities, infrastructure, public safety, recreation, and library services.
$1.5 Million for Courthouse Improvements
